Exposition Set Up Hours

  • Friday, 30 April (exhibit booths 400 sq. ft. and larger only): 1-6 p.m.
  • Saturday, 1 May: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, 2 May: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Please note:  All exhibit booths must be fully set up by 6 p.m. on Sunday, 2 May.  Any remaining shipping crates in the exhibit hall after 6 p.m. will be removed from the exhibit area.  Exhibitors will not have access to their shipping crates until after the exposition closes on Monday, 3 May. 

Housing

  • Housing will open on 7 December 2026.  
  • We no longer provide exhibitor codes for housing. 
  • Please be aware of scam emails.  Contact AIST if you have questions.

Advertising

  • Purchase advertising in March and May issues of Iron & Steel Technology and receive a third advertisement FREE in the April issue!
  • March issue is Cold Sheet Rolling, Processing, Coating, & Finishing.
  • April issue is Coke & Ironmaking.
  • May issue is Digitalization Applications and the AISTech Show Issue.

Registration

  • All attendees and booth personnel must have a badge to enter the show floor.
  • Registration opens on 7 December 2026.
  • Exhibitor company receives one 50% off technical registration per 100 sq ft of booth space.
  • Guest passes can be created in the registration portal.
